Below are the guidelines for returning an item should the unlikely circumstance arise that you are not satisfied with your product.
If the product arrives faulty or faults within the reasonable expected life period (which can happen from time to time, this is electronics we are dealing with after all) we will meet our legal obligation which may result in a repair, reimbursement of delivery charges, replacement or refund, . We require proof of purchase.
Change of mind:
We do not refund purchases based on changing your mind and are not legally required to do so. If you feel you have mistakenly purchased a product that is not suitable for your circumstances, call the store immediately and we will do our best to halt the order.
HOW do I return items?
Please call our store at 07 49 428 77 for return instructions. We will send a return form to your email address for you to fill out.
Do I pay for return shipping?
If the product has faulted or any other reasoning for the product not operating which was out of your control then you do not pay for return shipping. In other circumstances shipping costs may be required.
Instore return option?
If you would like to return the item to our store we are located at 12 Discovery Lane, North Mackay.
Items MUST be packaged in the original packing in order to be returned.
